I’ve not written on here for a while mainly due to the fact
of Christmas, and that my Nan died over that holiday, so I’ve been a little
distracted from work. Now I think I’m back on track. I just finished my
storyboard, and as I'm not the best at camera shots I’ve got my friend Steph
who does photography to look over it for me.
Also on the subject of sets, I was given the task of making
one over the holiday, but got annoyed with the one I was doing and stopped. My tutors
still want me to move away from cardboard. I'm making one out of that at the
moment but now have someone with a degree in industrial design to do them. In
his previous job he made dolls houses, and that’s ideal for me.
On my recent tutorial as well we talked bout how the ending
of the film wasn’t very good. I did agree, the truth is that I'm not very good
at ending thing. But in the end when I got home I came up with the perfect
ending. As the film pokes fun at itself throughout, it will cut to the
filmmaker and producer talking about how the film has a rubbish ending as a
last jab at it.
